make an effort with your christmas display.
It's going to be judged by local resident and trend forecaster/design guru/magazine editor AMANDA TALBOT who has just moved back into the 'hood after an extended stay in London [10 years] working with a veritable 'who's who' of the design world including IKEA and one of my favourite mags, ELLE Decoration UK.
Amanda was most recently seen as a judge on the tv show Top Design with Jamie Durie and she's back home and at the forefront of some exciting new projects, to be unveiled in 2012.... keep up with her on her blog appropriately called SNOOP...
Amanda tells us "windows are a great way to bring customers into the store...... the more effort you make to be creative and have some fun, the more customers will be inclined to come in....."
Amanda says she is happy to be living in the vibrant 2011 neighbourhood..."its a real community and in Potts Point it really does feel like we are living in a little village....this competition is going to be fun!..."
The competition will be judged all week [I think Amanda is really going to be 'SNOOPING' around the neighbourhood] and the winner announced next Friday.
